The program consists of comprehensive online mastery with video content and group coaching combined, with the difference of one to one interaction as a bonus is divided into twelve half-hour videos which you will watch at your convenience during the week. Each week builds upon the previous one creating a continuous learning experience. There are also weekly facilitated sessions conducted by me. The program involves a combination of video learning before facilitated group sessions. During these facilitated group sessions, we will have a 1 on 1 discussion.
